An account can be deleted at any moment from My account, and the removal is immediate. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, pick “A privacy question” on the contact form. The Privacy Policy spells out the details.
Breaks & limits
If you want time away, choose “I want a break” or “Restrict my account” on the contact form, write from your account email and say how long. Deleting the account is always possible too.

A game will not load, or looks broken
Reload the page first. Make sure JavaScript is on, then try another browser or a private window, because some extensions block game content. Check that you answered the 18+ question too. Still stuck? Use the contact form and choose “A game is not working”; the game’s name is filled in when you arrive from its page.
Do I need to sign in to play?
No. Games open without an account. All you do is confirm that you are 18 or older.
I forgot my password
Use Lost your password? and we will email a link that works for 60 minutes. Nothing arrived? Look in spam, then write to us.
I joined with Google. Can I add a password?
Yes. Run Lost your password? with the same email and choose one. Google sign-in keeps working as well.
Does it cost anything, or can I win something?
No on both counts. The site is free and credits have no cash value. There are no purchases, deposits, withdrawals or prizes. See About.
