Tour Fee: $3395.00 (£1735 / €2295)* 
A deposit of $500 (£256 / €338) secures your place.

The tour will be open to only 14 people, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Fee includes:
Accommodation in twin rooms, with a few single rooms
  available on request for an extra $300 per person.
Hearty multi-course Irish breakfast plus six delicious lunches and  
  five three-course dinners. (Vegetarian option always available.)
All ground transportation in a private luxury coach, including
  service from Shannon Airport and to Dublin Airport.
 All presentations by Mara Freeman and guest speakers.
 All guide fees and entrance charges to sites and museums.
 All applicable taxes and cover charges.

Not included: travel fares and expenses before and after the tour; a third meal, laundry, cleaning, telephone calls, telexes, faxes, cables, wines, liquors, beer, mineral water, soft drinks, and incidental expenditures.

Payment: A deposit of US $500 will secure your place on any tour. The balance must be paid in full 3 months before the start of the tour. If the balance is not paid by this date, we reserve the right to regard the reservation as cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and sent by first-class mail (email cancellations are NOT guaranteed), and are subject to the following refund schedule:
Before tour start date:
Earlier than 3 months: All monies refunded, less $500 deposit.
From 3 to 2 months: 75% Refund
From 2 to 1 month: 50% Refund
Less than 1 month: 0% Refund

No refunds can be made for anyone who does not turn up.
